In Witness to Their Service:
Each year, members of Resurrection Parish are provided with the opportunity to join "The 300 Club" for one year.
Tickets are sold for $75.00 per person and the purpose is to raise money for unforeseen and/or much needed improvements to
the parish buildings. The proceeds from the 300 Club have been used to provide the parish with much needed equipment such
as the newly installed alarm system in the church and the renovation of the two restrooms in the basement of the church. Plans
are presently under way to renovate and update the kitchen in Father Quinn Hall. Improvements to the hall are long overdue
and they will enhance the appearance and functionality of this space, which potentially can be rented to outside groups and
thus contribute to the church's
income.
Besides benefiting Resurrection Church financially, each member of the club has the opportunity to win one of two
$100.00 prizes every month. The drawings take place in Father Quinn Hall after the 8:30 am Mass on the second Sunday (Social
Sunday) of each month beginning in September.
The parish wishes to thank
the 300 Club for it's tireless efforts to make necessary repairs and renovations to the church and its property by organizing
and running this raffle each year.
