Our Lady of the Resurrection praesidium was started in our church in 1962. Known as the Legion of Mary, the organization is open to women and men who offer their services to spiritual works in the parish. The works of the Legion include evangelization, visiting the sick shut-ins, and spreading devotion to the Rosary. While active membership in the Legion is low at this time, there is a large group of auxiliary members who pray and support those who are still active.

The parish wishes to thank the members of the Legion of Mary for their continued efforts to bring members of the parish closer to the Blessed Virgin Mary by their prayers, good works and example.
